Pilots are to avoid overflight of all local build – up areas as far as possible.
After take-off from the heliport it is recommended to avoid the Nakotne residential area which is located to the West and up to the North.
It is recommended to approach NAKOTNE ATZ from the North, up to the West due to the residential area.
For flights within NAKOTNE ATZ pilots shall use 123.950 MHz FREQ for self-announcing their positions and intentions in the blind or for air–to-air communications.
