EVHN AD 3.19 LOCAL HELIPORT REGULATIONS

1. General

Coordinated unmanned aircraft flights take place within NAKOTNE ATZ in accordance with the conditions published on https://airspace.lv/drones.

2. Radio communication

Within NAKOTNE ATZ, pilots shall use frequency 123.950 MHz for self-announcing positions and intentions in the blind or for air-to-air communication.

3. Prior coordination

Pilots should contact the heliport representative at least 1 HR prior to crossing NAKOTNE ATZ to obtain current information on UAS activities.

PPR shall be obtained from the heliport operator 24 HR prior to arrival by phone: +371 26448843.

4. Departure and arrival recommendations

Pilots should, whenever possible, avoid flying over populated areas.

5. Training flights

After departure heading 360° right-hand circuit.

After departure heading 180° left-hand circuit.
